We're nothing without the team members, partners, and communities that surround us. In 2022, we continued to prioritize supporting and creating spaces where we can build a brighter future and our differences can flourish. Take a look below at some of our most impactful moments from this year.
Fostering a Sense of Community
This year, two new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) were founded for our team members to join: Hispanic Outreach & Leadership Alliance (HOLA) for people of Hispanic heritage and Building Leaders for up-and-coming construction professionals. Today, more than 300 team members belong to our seven nationwide ERGs.
Corporate Responsibility
In 2022, our teams across the nation participated in numerous volunteer efforts and philanthropic events in their communities. We took our core value of "Be the Good" to heart by:
