Fostering a Sense of Community

This year, two new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) were founded for our team members to join: Hispanic Outreach & Leadership Alliance (HOLA) for people of Hispanic heritage and Building Leaders for up-and-coming construction professionals. Today,  more than 300 team members belong to our seven nationwide ERGs.

BUILDING INNOVATION

Today's business climate is more complicated than ever, and tomorrow promises new challenges. In 2022, we made investments to proactively answer the critical questions surrounding the sustainability, viability, and longevity of the construction business. Together, we're accelerating innovation and amplifying ideas that will define the future of construction.
